Pamukkale, Turkey

This is the sight of some wondrous natural limestone terraces, of which some still have geothermal water flowing through. Unfortunately there is a bit of a drought and it was not in its full splendor. There is even an ancient Greek/Roman city of Hierapolis located above these cliffs, likely to take advantage of the hot springs. Unfortunately, a strong earthquake in the 1500s made quick work of what was left after the major earthquake ~2000 years ago.
