Stockholm, Sweden (11/27/2017 - 11/28/2017)

Just a quick stop here as well to retrace my steps 19 years ago - was a helpful refresher considering my last visit was a bit of a blur (for many reasons :)).

Stockholm is Scandinavia's most populous city, and one known for its sense of clean and minimalist design, and rich art culture. We saw quite a few examples of this as we strolled around the Old Town (Gamla stan).  It's also very aquatic - spanning 17 islands.

Finally also had the chance to try a *real* Swedish smörgåsbord, and a Christmas one at that! Some of you from my dragonboat days might also appreciate my visit to a gingerbread house museum.
