We didn't spend enough time here to fully appreciate the cultural richness and history of the city, and to be honest, it was bitterly cold with freezing rain the entire time (to be expected). However we did discover Tivoli Park, which I personally loved so much, I should have probably called this post 'Tivoli Park, Denmark' - it felt like we were walking through the fairy tales of our childhood with a very adult-friendly twist - lots of good food and alcohol.
Aside from this, we discovered a quaint tower (Rundetårn) where you can walk (not climb stairs) to the top thanks to an internal ascending spiral walkway, as well as a nice aquarium. Legoland in Bilund was closed for the winter, and so the flagship store on Strøget just had to do.
